How do you price your services?
All pricing is custom and based on your space, square footage, and needs. After an intro call or walkthrough, we’ll send you a proposal with a recommended package and rate.
Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning?
We default to non-toxic, eco-conscious products whenever possible. Let us know if you have allergies, sensitivities, or ingredient preferences — we’re happy to accommodate.
What types of spaces do you clean?
We offer cleaning for residential homes, apartments, creative studios, and small commercial spaces. If your space feels personal, we can probably care for it.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Late cancellations may incur a partial charge.
Do you bring our own supplies?
Yes — we bring everything needed for your clean, including high-quality, low-scent products. If you have specific product preferences, just let us know.
